Formerly known as the Employee Assistance Fund, the Magleby Employee Support Fund is set up to help individuals who find themselves in a place where there are no other resources available. They are backed into a corner and don’t have help from family or friends or the ability to secure financing to help navigate through the next days or weeks of their lives.
Anyone can elect to contribute to the Magleby Employee Support Fund. You can elect to contribute per paycheck or make a one time contribution. Your employee contribution dollars are matched by Magleby $2 to $1 and set aside to help employees in need.
We have been able to put the Fund dollars to use in very meaningful ways over the years. Your support is very much appreciated and means a lot to those who have reached out for help.
If you would like to contribute to the Magleby Employee Support Fund, please complete the online contribution form. You will receive an email from Payroll once your contribution is set up.
