2020 has been quite a year of adjustments and changes. What’s happening within Magleby Construction is a reflection of some of those adjustments.

In Chad’s State of the Company address, he noted some high-level additions and moves to strategically stack our leadership for great success as the Company wades through the year, hitting as many high notes as we can.

Joe originally joined the Magleby Construction team in 2015 and has offered his talents in various leadership roles across teams.
Leon has grown the Remodel Group leaps and bounds from where it was when he first started in 2015. His leadership and building skills make him the right choice to oversee our Utah operational groups.
Rich is a great example of taking advantage of the opportunity for growth here at Magleby Construction. With almost 20 years tenure here at the Company, Rich started with some basic shop help and worked his way through various roles, earned a Master’s degree, and has certainly earned his role as VP of Estate Homes.
We’re looking forward to Tom taking our Property Services Group to the next level with his background and expertise. With the support of his wife Lori, who will be assisting Tom with the PS Group, this team is sure to become coveted home service pros.
Layne has been a valued contributing leader within Magleby Construction since 2014. We look forward to working with Layne as he expands his endeavors.

Jimmy has provided his talented skill set to his work at Magleby Construction since 2015. He will no doubt be a great manager for his Remodel group.

Aaron joined the Magleby Construction team at the beginning of 2014 and continued on with Masterpiece Commercial Millwork as a strategic manager of their mill in Mexico. We’re happy to have him back to strategize to make Masterpiece Millwork & Door a force in the industry.

Magleby Construction is well known for not being afraid to hire spouses. Lori comes to sweeten the package deal with her husband Tom who will be leading the Property Services Group. She’ll assist Tom and serve as Chad’s Executive Assistant.

We’re excited for these changes and for the opportunity to work with such talented employees and leaders.
